Granite Memorial Pavers – The Operation Freedom Memorial has been designed to include 700 granite paving stones in the central walkway surrounding the Battlefield Cross and Kneeling Soldier (the dark gray area in the upper right image).
These solid granite pavers are larger than a normal sized paving stone at 6 inches tall by 10 inches wide, 2 inches thick and are cut from gray granite.
Honor any of your relatives or friends, from any state, living or deceased, who have served our country by purchasing a solid granite paver for them to be placed in the Operation Freedom Memorial central walkway. These granite pavers can be engraved with personalized information to honor a veteran for generations to come.
Memorial Paver inscription text is limited to U.S. Military veteran or active military names only, from any era and may include: Name, Rank, Unit, Branch of Service, Service Date, Area Served, etc. Some sample inscriptions are provided on the right.
Memorial Pavers may now be reserved for a minimum donation of $100 each. All contributions are tax deductable.
You may reserve your tax deductible engraved paver from the Order Memorial Pavers page. Other donations to this project will be greatly appreciated as well and can be made here.
Your inscribed granite memorial paver will be installed in the Operation Freedom Memorial at time of construction (estimated May 27, 2013.
